Pay As You Go

Help when you need it. No expectation that you have to keep coming back.

Sometimes you do not need a program. You need a private place to work through what is happening right now, get another perspective, make a decision, or figure out your next move. Pay As You Go is built for exactly that.

What Pay As You Go Actually Means

One session can simply be one session.

There is no package to complete, no required number of sessions, and no assumption that booking once means you are signing up for an ongoing coaching relationship.

NO PACKAGE

Book the help you need now.

Bring the issue that matters today. We work on it. After the session, you decide whether another conversation would be useful.

NO REQUIRED FREQUENCY

A week, a month, or much later is okay.

You do not have to maintain a schedule just to remain a client. If you come back when another situation needs attention, we pick up from there.

NO GUILT

You do not owe coaching your loyalty.

You will not be judged because you did not book again, did not follow a recommended cadence, or decided you were okay handling things on your own.

When It Can Be Useful

Support without turning every problem into a program.

A decision is keeping you stuck.

You want to slow the situation down, look at what you know, challenge assumptions, and decide what you actually want to do.

A relationship or dating situation needs perspective.

Something happened and you want help separating the event from the story, reaction, pattern, or fear wrapped around it.

You want accountability on one issue.

You know what needs to happen but keep avoiding, rationalizing, or repeating the same response and want a focused conversation around it.

You have handled most of it yourself.

You do not need ongoing coaching; you want a grounded outside perspective for the part that still feels unclear.

If It Becomes Bigger Than One-Off Support

A suggestion is not an obligation.

Sometimes repeated Pay As You Go sessions reveal that the same larger goal or pattern keeps coming back. If that happens, we may talk about whether a Guided Pathway or CRAM would give the work more useful structure.

You are still the one deciding.

A coach can explain why a more structured option might help. You can say yes, say no, keep using Pay As You Go, take a break, or stop coaching. The purpose is to give you useful options—not create pressure to upgrade.

If eligible Pay As You Go payments can be applied toward a structured program under the current pricing policy, that can be explained before you make any decision.

Start With a Conversation

Not knowing what kind of coaching you need is completely fine.

The free Discovery Session is there to understand what brought you in and whether a single Pay As You Go session, a Guided Pathway, a CRAM, or no coaching at all appears to fit.
